About Sandbridge Consulting , LLC

Sandbridge Consulting, LLC was founded in 2006 by Kathleen Gause. It is a small, woman-owned business specializing in leadership coaching, consulting and training. Focuses on government, diversity, change, restructuring and outplacement. Sandbridge Consulting, LLC is based in Virginia, and operates from both the Northern Virginia and Virginia Beach areas.

My coaching philosophy is focusing as a bridge between one’s strengths and one’s possibilities.  By asking powerful questions, I encourage leaders or teams to focus on the future and set goals that will work for them.  My approach is flexible, easy going, and empathetic. As I have many years experience in the federal government, I am able to connect quickly to leaders, earn their trust and be attentive.  I believe leaders know where they want to be.  As a coach, I focus their energy on what they need to do get there.
